About Brett
Brett is riding a wave that he didn't start. Brett surrendered to full time ministry lying in a hospital bed located on a jungle island in South Philippines. Since that time, it has been his clear aim to preach the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to mobilize the next generation to answer God's call to make disciples of all nations.
In November, 2016, Brett came back to his home state to serve as the Senior Pastor of FBC Bay St. Louis on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In 2022, the Lord moved the Fraziers to Columbia, MS where he shepherds FBC Columbia. Brett served in next generation ministry at Faith Baptist Church, Bartlett, TN and FBC Batesville, MS.
Brett has international mission experience preaching and proclaiming the gospel in places such as East Asia, Northern India, Portugal, Guatemala, and the Philippines. Brett has worked with underground house networks in Southeast Asia. He has led multiple trips of college students to South Asia. His passion is to see the gospel taken to every people group on the Earth. He believes the next generation is the most readily available and most willing to go to the hard and unreached places.
Ministry Objective: To boldly proclaim the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To disciple, encourage, equip, and mobilize generations to be the light of the world.
Doctrinal Beliefs
The Bible
Inspired by God without error. The ultimate authority in all things.
God
Everlasting. Absolutely Sovereign. He Exists in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus
Born of a virgin, fully God and fully man.
Lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sin, resurrected and ascended to heaven.
The Holy Spirit
Sent to live within believers, empowering them to be the supernatural hands and feet of Jesus, sealing them for eternal life.
Allows believers to glorify God by living a holy life and empowering them for evangelism and discipleship.
Unites all believers into the body of Christ, which is the church.
Man
Fully responsible. Born in fellowship with God, but sin destroyed this relationship.
Fellowship with God can only be restored by Faith in Christ, not things we do.
Eternity
Jesus will return to reign as Lord and all will be resurrected to either everlasting life.r tor
Salvation
Initiated by God. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing through the Word of God.
Salvation available by repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone, through faith by grace.
Available to all who call upon the name of the Lord. Paid for by the precious blood of the spotless lamb Jesus Christ, who died on a rugged cross, and resurrected on the third day, just as He said He would.

Allison
A woman who fears the Lord.
Allison grew up as a Pastor's daughter in Olive Branch, Mississippi where she graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She now resides on the MS Gulf Coast where her husband serves as the Lead Pastor at FBC Bay St. Louis. They met while she was serving at Collierville First Baptist Church as their Girl’s Ministry Director when Brett was finishing up his MDiv at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Allison and Brett have 4 children. Allison is a proud stay-at-home mom. Her heart is set on being a Titus 2 woman, and is passionate about helping young women see God’s plan for their lives rather than this world’s. She serves as the Classical Conversation Director for the Bay St. Louis Campus. For fun, Allison is a Matilda Jane Trunk Keeper and loves baking homemade chocolate chip cookies!
